The International Memory Reading Group

The International Memory Reading Group is an all-virtual group that addresses controversies in memory from philosophical, historical, and scientific perspectives.

Our mission is to promote dialogues about new memory research amongst a diverse group of scholars. For this reason, we read and discuss works that are recently published or accepted for publication, and we provide a space for scholars from different disciplines to discuss and present new work to one another. We like to have authors of these works attend.

To learn more about the group and our aims, please take a look at our post at The Memory Palace.

Check out past sessions for examples of research that we like to showcase and discuss.

We typically meet once a month via Zoom for one and a half hours.

The reading group is run by David Colaço (LMU Munich, MCMP) and Jonathan Najenson (Technion, Israel).
