At Memory Lane Eastbourne, we believe in the power of connection, creativity, and compassion for people living with dementia. Our community hub is a welcoming, safe space where individuals with memory loss - and their families - can rediscover joy, dignity, and a sense of belonging.

Whether it’s through music, art, gentle exercise, or simply sharing a cuppa and a story, we create meaningful experiences that help people stay connected to who they are and to those around them. Every smile, every spark of recognition, every shared moment matters.

But we can’t do it alone.
