All our sessions are free to attend although we do accept voluntary donations so we can continue to run the groups.

Please check the latest newsletter for all the up to date information and specific dates of activities. Please note there have been some changes to our schedule during November whilst the hall is temporarily closed for refurbishment.
Wednesday 12th November we will be meeting at Ransom Church Hall for our singing session at 1.30pm
Saturday 15th November the Saturday club will be in the smaller room at Christ the King church Hall
Wednesday 19th November we will be inviting members to join us for our Christmas outing. TBC

3rd Wednesday of each month, Defiant Sports lead the sessions where we take part in a variety of games such as Boccia, curling, bowling etc. This is usually all completed while seated to make it easier to take part.
1st, 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month (and 5th Wednesday on the months which have five) We have a variety of singers who come in and lead these sessions. These are seated sessions but with the option of standing and having a dance along to if desired!
The Saturday Club has started up again! We will be meeting at the hall on 3rd Saturday of the month, where you can enjoy a homemade soup lunch and play some table games and activities. (In December this will be the Christmas party in place of the Saturday club)
Sessions can be booked by ringing Deb on 07393 834498. If you like to do a bit of planting, watering etc, please let us know. We will be at the allotment during the warmer and dryer months.
A new group for people no longer caring for a loved one, our dedicated volunteers or current carers who would like to meet up with others. We will meet in a variety of venues for a chat and hopefully cake!!

Towner Cinema, Eastbourne
The next relaxed screening will be 'The History of Sound' on Tuesday, 3rd March at 1pm. Carers are free and everyone else £5.00. You can book your seats online or at the reception ask on the day but remember to get there early incase there is a queue!
The Fisherman's Club in Eastbourne have very kindly offered to hold a Quiz night for Memory Lane on 20th March 2026, 7pm for 7.30pm start. £5 per head with a maximum of six people per table. Please let us know if you would like a table booked for this event.
The British Queen, Willingdon Triangle are kindly holding a coffee morning for us on Thursday, 12th February from 10am. They usually hold a raffle and book sale alongside lots of lovely goodies!
