By using Melogen, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Phebsoft grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Melogen for its intended purpose.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App or its underlying models
Use the App to build or train competing products or services
Misuse the App in any way that could harm its functionality or availability
Melogen uses AI to generate music and, where applicable, lyrics based on user inputs:
Lyrics Generation: Prompts may be processed by OpenAI. Users should review OpenAI’s Privacy Policy at https://openai.com/policies/privacy.
Instrumental Music Generation: Uses an open-source model licensed under the MIT License (Copyright (c) 2026 ACEStep). Phebsoft does not guarantee that outputs are free from potential third-party rights; you are responsible for any use of the generated content.
User Rights:
You have full rights to all music and content generated by the App.
You may use, modify, distribute, share, or monetize any generated content in any way.
Ownership:
All underlying technology, software, and AI models remain the property of Phebsoft and its licensors.
The outputs themselves are fully under your control; Phebsoft claims no rights over user-generated content.
You may provide prompts, selections, or lyrics as input to the App.
You agree that:
You will not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
You are responsible for the content you provide
We are not responsible for outputs generated from your inputs
Melogen may offer paid features or access through one-time purchases or subscriptions.
All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Their terms and conditions govern billing, renewals, and cancellations
We do not control or process payment information
Refunds:
All purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or granted by the app store provider.
EU/UK Users (Right of Withdrawal):
By purchasing and immediately using digital services, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive any applicable statutory right of withdrawal, where permitted by law.
Melogen does not provide user accounts.
Generated files are stored locally on your device
We cannot recover or restore your data if it is lost, deleted, or if the app is uninstalled
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and data
Melogen relies on third-party services (including OpenAI and app stores) to function.
We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or issues caused by third-party services
Your use of such services may also be subject to their terms and policies
Melogen is provided on an “as is” basis. While we strive to ensure smooth operation and high-quality AI-generated content:
The App may occasionally experience minor interruptions or errors.
AI-generated music and lyrics are provided for creative and entertainment purposes.
Generation times may vary depending on device performance, network conditions, and server load.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phebsoft shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, files, or generated content
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs
Service interruptions or unavailability
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws (such as the EU or UK), those laws and rights will apply to the extent required.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes occur, we will notify you within the App, and your continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
