For details on our refund, return and exchange policies, please refer to the information below. We guarantee our customers that we deliver official products. If for any reason, there is an issue with your recent purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
Change of mind. You want to cancel your paid order.
You need money for an emergency.
Your order got canceled due to failure of payment for balance on the given balance deadline and you want to refund your first payment.
You received a damaged product caused by the local and international courier.
You received a manufacturer defect item.
NO UNBOXING VIDEO, NO REFUND, RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Raw and uncut unboxing video from start to finish is our standard protocol for any merchandise inquiries to ensure you have a video proof of any potential issues.
If by any chance you received a wrong item/version, do not unseal the item. We will ask you to return it to us, provided that it’s in their original condition.
For incomplete/wrong items, we will check the details first and once we confirm it, we will issue immediate assistance in the form of: ship back the incorrect item, refund of incomplete item, ship out replacement, whichever solution fits the reason for return or exchange. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
For approved refunds, we will only send refunds via GCash account. If the buyer requests to send the refund to a different bank, the buyer must shoulder the fees, hence, these fees will be deducted to the total refund amount.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for missing/incomplete inclusions, as well as damaged inclusions, for sealed items.
We are not liable for delays of arrivals or ship out due to acts of nature or any other unforeseen events.
We will not be held liable or responsible for any additional charges that may apply, and will not be responsible for abandoned packages that are not delivered because of delivery errors via courier, incorrect shipping information, stolen packages, lost parcel, and product or shipping refunds. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the courier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
