By purchasing from Melody Playground PH, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering from us. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy and Return and Exchange Policy then please quit using the Service immediately. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Melody Playground PH.
Your failure to comply with the Terms may result in the cancellation of your order/s from us and the conditions shall be applied.
Order Process
Place an order on the respective order form of the item the buyer wants to buy.
Pay for the order on or before the deadline. If the buyer paid with a downpayment, they must settle their balance on or before the balance deadline given of the GO to avoid cancellation of the order.
All group order updates will be found in our MASS UPDATE page which can be found at Melody Playground PH website or @melodypgroundph twitter account bio link. The buyer can freely access and check the updates on the page.
Once the items arrive at our PH address, we will check and sort the items first before sending out a Shipping Form to the buyers.
The buyer will receive the Shipping Form thru twitter DM and must respond to it within a week (7 days), otherwise, their order will result in unclaimed status (abandoned order) and the item will be up for reclaims.
Average lead time for packaging and shipping of items is 1 week depending on the volume of orders.
Shipping links and tracking numbers will be updated to the buyer.
Placing an Order
Buyer must be 100% sure of their order and agree to our Terms and Conditions. The buyer must know to themselves that they can pay for what they ordered on or before its due date.
Make sure that all the information the buyer submitted on the form is correct and valid as they will be used for the shipping of the buyer’s orders. All the information the buyer has sent to us will be kept private, unless the buyer is a bogus buyer/joy reserver.
For minors, please make sure that your parents know that you are ordering something online and they are aware about the ETA of the items. Don't use the 'minor excuse or pretending to be your parents' when an unexpected delay comes. I know it's a money matter but we didn't force you to buy an item from us so please be respectful. This doesn't apply to minors only but to all the buyers.
Strictly, no cancellation of orders. We will charge 50% of the total price of the buyer’s order for cancellation. Those who will fail to pay the cancellation fee shall automatically be posted as a bogus buyer in our Twitter and Facebook accounts.
Products and Prices
Products
Official albums are directly ordered from official store websites. All albums purchased from us are counted and reflected on Hanteo/Gaon Charts.
We assure that all official merchandise purchased from us are 100% authentic and bought from the hosting stores.
For “Pre-order Benefits (POB)”, rest assured that the buyer will receive them as long as they ordered during the indicated pre-order period of the group order.
We do group orders of unofficial items from fanmade/fansite merchandise such as dolls, slogans, stickers etc., but we will never do a group order of any replica items.
Prices
“All-in” prices means the base price of the item + Korean and international shipping fees + consol/proxy fees + other fees like taxes and banking fees for payment in international/Korean banks. In short, all that we need to pay for the item to be purchased and be delivered in the Philippines.
“All-in” price doesn’t include the local shipping fees and packaging fees.
“Goods only” prices means the base price of the item + Korean domestic shipping fees and banking fees for international/Korean bank payments.
“Goods only” prices always require a second payment for international shipping fees which the buyer must be aware of when ordering.
“Goods only” are mostly for EMS/DHL shipping (FETA) or items that didn’t release any dimensions so ISF cannot be computed until arrival on our Korean address.
Payments
Melody Playground PH encourage strict compliance on the deadline of payments (DOP).
No payment receipt submission, no payment acknowledgement.
Failure to submit a payment form/settle payment for their order upon deadline will result in order cancellation and the buyer will be blacklisted and posted on our Bogus Buyers List.
Failure to settle balances upon the balance deadline given will result in order cancellation and no refunds will be issued.

International Shipping to PH / Estimated Time of Delivery (ETA)
Preorder items are under normal ETA (NETA). Usually, it takes 2-3 weeks before the items arrive in our place after shipment from Korea.
For fast ETA (FETA), it usually takes a week to arrive at our address.
We write in our order forms if the group order is under NETA or FETA.
We make efforts to ensure that preorders will arrive within their ETA, the buyer must understand and agree that there may be unexpected delays. An estimated time of arrival (ETA) is only an estimate and is subject to change. Be informed that there are also other circumstances that are out of our control.
Local Delivery
Average shipment lead time is 1 week after sorting and checking the items.
J&T Express (on our place) only accepts bulk pick ups so we’ll only have once to twice a week shipments for J&T parcels.
For GoGo Xpress and Shopee checkouts, pick up can be scheduled the next day after packing the items.
Please take note that some of the listed couriers might not be available during shipment due to some unavoidable circumstances.
We pack orders carefully, but in case it got damaged during delivery, we're deeply sorry to hear about it but we won't be liable to any courier faults/mishandling.
In case of package return to shipper, caused by wrong address or no one to claim, the buyer will shoulder the reshipment fee.

GoGo Xpress - can be insured with actual value of merch
Shopee Checkout - not insured
Lalamove/Grab/TokTok - no insurance
Local Shipping fees and Packaging fees
For J&T/GGX direct shipment, shipping fees will be computed based on your orders’ size and value.
For Shopee Checkout, the shopee system will generate your shipping fee upon your checkout.
For Lalamove/Grab/TokTok, a schedule of booking will be discussed via DM.
Packaging fees are charged to the buyers. Packaging fees are payment for the packaging materials we use to wrap and protect the buyers’ orders during delivery.
