Each purchase is a one-time payment for one custom AI-generated song, created from the details you provide. There is no subscription.
Your gift page is shareable for 3 months from your purchase date.
The recipient can listen to and download the song for 6 months from your purchase date, regardless of when during the 3-month window you share the link.
If the recipient downloads the song, it is theirs to keep permanently, independent of the app or gift page.
If the recipient does not download the song within the 6-month window, the gift page is permanently removed and cannot be recovered or reissued without a new purchase.
Your own copy remains accessible in your library within the app permanently, independent of the gift page's availability.
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the names, messages, and details you submit. Melochime moderates generated lyrics and personal messages before a gift page becomes shareable, and reserves the right to refuse to generate, or to remove, content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use, play, download, and share the song for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is granted without warranty of any kind. Melochime retains the underlying AI models and technology used to generate it.
Melochime reserves the right to remove or disable access to any gift page or content that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.
Songs, lyrics, and gift pages are provided "as is." Melochime makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, originality, or non-infringement of AI-generated content, and disclaims responsibility for any third-party claims arising from content you submitted or requested.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melochime's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that song.
Payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's standard payment and refund policies. Melochime does not offer refunds beyond what Apple's policies provide.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. The app is intended for a U.S. audience at this time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
