The Habit : Silences my phone to do homework.
When reading the book about "Tiny Habits" by BJ Fogg some positive things that I learned about myself through the process of creating a habit was it made me believe in myself and to stay strong even though sometimes I felt like I did not want to do it but I felt satisfied knowing at the end of every time I am done doing my homework I know I have not wasted my time over things on my phone which before I used to just spend hours on it
The behavior that I have chose to change for this reflection paper did become a habit to me after 4 weeks later I found it very useful and easy to do.
My next steps on this habit is I will continue to use it as more semesters pass by. I do not think I would no anything to change this habit behavior until I find a problem such as not wanting to walk to Starbucks just to do homework.
