Welcome, teachers!

I'm 23 years old. I'm an EFL teacher in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Apart from that, I'm also an actress and a singer, and use these skills to enhance my lessons. I'm currently attending some 3rd and 4th year subjects of the Teacher Training College. I started teaching when I was 19 years old at a private school in Belgrano. Since then, I haven't stopped. Last year, I worked as a Music and Drama teacher; enriching experience that helped me see teaching through a different lens. I'm currently teaching at a C.E.C.I.E. and doing some private online lessons. I started attending college in 2020, so my first impression of it was quite catastrophic. This is mainly due to the fact that both teachers and students were getting used to this new modality. However, it is fair to say that my experience with educational technology was quite fruitful; I learned to use many useful tools not only for my life as a student but also for my life as a teacher. It helped me acquire some knowledge on the use of different apps and platforms to enhance my learning and my lessons. 

What I expect from this subject is to obtain further instruction on AI and how it may be beneficial for an EFL learner. I also expect to learn more about the intricacies of technology in the classroom and how it may be beneficial or detrimental to the EFL learner, in order to cater for my students' needs.
