At Mekfeya POS, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. You can request to delete your account or any of your businesses associated with your account.
What happens when you delete your business?
All data related to that specific business will be permanently deleted.
You will no longer have access to this business or its information.
What happens when you delete your account?
Your entire user account will be permanently deleted.
All businesses linked to your account and their data will also be deleted.
This action is irreversible and you will lose access to all your information on Mekfeya POS.
Provide your registered email address and username.
Specify whether you want to delete:
A specific business (please provide business name or ID)
Your entire user account (including all businesses)
Confirm your request by acknowledging that deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deletion requests are processed within [X] business days.
You cannot recover deleted data after this process.
If you have any ongoing subscriptions or payments, please cancel them before requesting deletion.
For security reasons, you may be asked to verify your identity before deletion.
