Storyboard
The animation is Voltorb capturing Snorlax. In the beginning Voltorb is building up momentum to jump onto the lever/seesaw thingy to launch the Pokeball onto Snorlax. The Pokeball then hits Snorlax and captures him.
Squash & Stretch (Voltorb jumping up and down)
Anticipation (Voltorb bounces three times making viewers anticipate the jump on to the lever)
Arc ( When the ball gets launched at snorlax, as well as when the pokeball falls to the ground)
Appeal (I personally think Snorlax has so much appeal and charisma, he's such a cute character)

The seesaw is a plane attached to a prism, and the background is just a blue image plane.
