As per the requirement of the ME 308: Heat Transfer Equipment Design course, I have worked on the design and fabrication of a small-scale cooling tower.
I have designed a prototype of an induced draft counter flow type cooling tower.
I have also fabricated the Frame and Shell of the Cooling Tower.
In this project, film-type fill was used to enhance the heat transfer area between air and water.
This design can be modified to create an industrial-grade cooling tower.
I designed a 2D lawn mower structure using AutoCAD.
I have fabricated the main body of the lawn mower.
• Worked on programming to sense obstacles using sonar sensors and Arduino.
I have worked on the whole electric wiring system, including soldering.
I mounted a 24V DC motor with a blade on the chassis of the lawn mower.
• Using Solidworks, I designed the excavator's bucket and hydraulic cylinder.
• Designed with a night vision camera module
• Airbags were added as a safety feature to save drowning people.
