The princess I want isn't listed. What can I do?

While I would love to be able to offer more characters, high quality costumes are big investments. Anna, Snow White, Aurora, Tinkerbell, and Belle are all characters I would love to play, but do not own equipment for. If you are interested in one of these characters, please denote that in your interest form. I am happy to bring them to life- but the event will need to be booked 30 days in advance in order for me to get the equipment I need!

Are you able to provide discounted or free services?

I try to keep my prices as affordable as possible in order to make as many dreams come true as I can. In most cases, I cannot lower my prices much. However, I am always open to discussing it if you are in a situation where a discount would be necessary. Every child of every background deserves magic. I am especially likely to offer free or discounted rates for non-profit or charitable organizations and events.

Can two or more characters come to my event?

Kiley Makes Magic is a one-princess operation. However, I am more than happy to collaborate with performers from other organizations! If you do hire a second performer, I simply ask that I am made aware and given their contact information well in advance so we can work together to make your event seamless.

How far are you willing to travel?

The short answer: it depends! In general, I am willing to travel up to about 60 minutes. However, this is my "night job", and things like school or work may keep me from being able to travel as far. The best way to determine if I can make the journey to your kingdom is by submitting an interest form. I may charge an additional travel fee if significant gas mileage would result.

For South Dakota events, I may be willing to travel further due to more sparse population and fewer performers in the area.

What is the best age for a princess party?

Everybody loves princesses, but my packages are designed to best suit ages 2-7. Younger children will not be able to participate in some of the activities, and older children may not be interested. Older children also have a harder time believing that the character is real, which makes it difficult to give the best performance possible. You know your child best- if you think they would enjoy having a princess step out of the movie and into their party, then I'd love to be there!

Do you work with disabled/special needs children?

Yes! These are 1000% some of my favorite parties and events to attend. I have done princess events for children of all ability levels, including those who are non-verbal, have extremely limited mobility, and more. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Can I provide my own game, craft, or activity for the princess to lead?

Absolutely! I would love to incorporate your own ideas and items into your event. Simply let me know when booking; I may even provide a discount if your contribution will result in not using my own supplies!
