My Policies

At least one adult (18+) must be present and attentive at all times. This is an entertainment service, not babysitting!

Absolutely no inappropriate behavior from adults will be tolerated. If I am made uncomfortable, I will leave, and you may not receive a refund.

A $30 non-refundable down payment is required at the time of booking.

At least 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for a full refund. Partial refunds may be offered on a case by case basis.

Full payment is due by the date of the event.

I am comfortable with pets, but my costumes and other items can be delicate. Any pets must be able to be contained away from the character should I request it at any time.
