I study surfaces with negative curvature. I am particularly interested in the space of geodesic currents. The space of geodesic currents on a surface S is an umbrella term that contains various interesting objects associated with a surface such as the Teichmüller space and homotopy classes of closed curves on S. Here is my research statement.
