I am a Postdoctoral researcher in the Van de Plas lab at Delft University of Technology, specializing in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical methods for complex data analysis. My research focuses on developing computational algorithms for high-dimensional spectral data, particularly imaging mass spectrometry (IMS), to simplify data analysis, automate isotope detection, and uncover insights into biological systems. My work aims to improve our understanding of molecular landscapes, benefiting drug development, disease diagnosis, and the broader field of mass spectrometry.
Before Delft, I completed my PhD under Prof. Seshan Srirangarajan, where I developed sensing matrices and feature extraction models to enhance image reconstruction and classification. I am passionate about creating innovative machine learning and statistical learning solutions that advance data interpretation, pattern recognition, and feature extraction in complex, high-dimensional datasets, with applications in medical imaging, diagnostics, and broader field of complex high-dimensional datasets.
