1. Eligibility

• The competition is open to pre-university, matriculation, foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate students from local and international institutions.

• Participants may register as:

  • Individual participant, or

  • Group/team (maximum number of FOUR members).

• Each participant/team may submit more than one poster, subject to separate registration and fees (if applicable).

2. Abstract Submission

Participants are required to submit:

• Poster title

• Author(s) name and affiliation

• Abstract (maximum 250–300 words)

• Selected theme/category

• Contact information of corresponding author

The abstract should clearly describe:

• Background/problem statement

• Objectives

• Methodology/approach

• Results or expected outcomes

• Significance/impact of the project

3. Poster Format

Participants must prepare the poster according to the following specifications:

• Poster size: A1 (594 mm × 841 mm)

• File format: PDF or high-resolution image (min 300psi)

• Language: English

• Recommended sections:

  • Title and Authors

  • Introduction

  • Objectives

  • Methodology

  • Results/Findings

  • Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • References/Acknowledgements

Participants are encouraged to use:

• Clear visuals, diagrams, and charts

• Readable font sizes

• Concise and professional content presentation

4. Submission Procedure

• All submissions must be made through the official MedTechX submission platform: urexhibitpro.

• Participants must submit:

  • Abstract

  • Final poster

  • Proof of student status (if required)

• Late submissions may not be accepted.
