The MedTechX Challenge, organised by Malaysia Society of Medical and Biological Engineering (MSMBE), is designed as a platform to bring together students from diverse academic backgrounds to showcase their ideas, research, and innovations in the field of healthcare and medical technology. As the healthcare landscape continues to evolve rapidly through the integration of engineering, digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and life sciences, there is an increasing need to nurture future talents who are not only technically competent but also capable of addressing real-world healthcare challenges.

This challenge provides an opportunity for undergraduate students, postgraduate students, researchers, and professionals to present their research and innovative solutions through a poster presentation format, promoting knowledge sharing, critical thinking, creativity, and interdisciplinary collaboration. By focusing on key areas such as biomedical engineering, smart medical devices, AI-driven healthcare systems, clinical innovation, public health, biotechnology, rehabilitation, and healthcare informatics, the MedTechX Challenge aims to inspire impactful solutions that can enhance patient care, improve healthcare delivery systems, and contribute to the overall well-being of communities.
