How to make sure MedPet alarms work properly
Some Android manufacturers apply aggressive battery and background process optimizations that can prevent apps from running in the background, delaying or blocking alarms and notifications. To ensure MedPet can run continuously in the background and deliver Reminders & Alerts on time, follow the steps below according to your device.

Settings → Apps → MedPet
Battery → select Unrestricted
Notifications → enable all notifications
Settings → Notifications → Do Not Disturb
Under Allowed apps, add MedPet
Settings → Battery → Battery Saver
Make sure it is turned off, or that MedPet is excluded

Settings → Apps → MedPet
Battery → select Unrestricted
Notifications → enable all categories
Settings → Battery and device care → Battery
Background usage limits
Make sure MedPet is not listed under Sleeping apps or Deep sleeping apps

Alarms & reminders → Allow
2️⃣ Notifications
Settings → Apps → MedPet → Notifications
Enable Allow notifications
Make sure the “Reminders & Alerts ” notification channel is set to:
High priority or Urgent
Sound enabled and allowed to appear on screen
3️⃣ Do Not Disturb mode
Settings → Notifications → Do Not Disturb
Under App exceptions, add MedPet
Or disable Do Not Disturb when alarms are needed
