Consecrated 7th April 2019
The "Athenaeum" Conclave No. 28 was Consecrated on the 7th of April 2019 in the Masonic Hall, Kifisia, Greece, by the late Most Illustrious Grand Master, M Ill Bro Stephen Michael Ayres JP, assisted by a team of Grand Officers. There were twenty Founders.
Athenaeum pertained to the goddess Athena of ancient Greece (the Roman goddess Minerva), the Goddess of Wisdom and battle. The Athenaeum was a school in ancient Rome for the study of arts, founded by the Roman Emperor Hadrian, and its name came from the Greek city of Athens, which was still regarded as the seat of intellectual refinement or from the Greek word Athēnaion, a temple of Athena.
The Regular Meetings of the Conclave take place at
the Masonic Hall, 32 Potamou Street, Kifisia, 145 64, Attica, Greece,
on the 3rd Saturday in March (Inst) & September.
