How do I add a medication?
Open the My Meds tab and tap "Add Medication." You can type your medication details or use the voice input feature by tapping the microphone button and speaking your medication names and schedule.
How do I change the reminder time?
Go to My Meds, tap Edit on the medication you want to update, and adjust the time of day or set an exact time using the toggle.
How do I track my pill count?
When adding or editing a medication, enter the number of pills in your bottle under "Pill Count." MediSimple will automatically count down each time you mark a dose as taken and alert you when it is time to refill.
How do I refill my medication?
On the My Meds screen, tap the "Refilled" button on any medication card. Enter the number of pills in your new bottle to update the count.
What is MediSimple Pro?
MediSimple Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks advanced AI features including the AI Chat Assistant, Smart Snooze, Weekly Adherence Summary, Missed Dose Guidance, and Post-Dose Health Tips.
How do I restore my Pro subscription?
Open the Settings tab and tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription will be restored automatically if you have an active subscription linked to your Apple ID.
Can I use MediSimple offline?
Yes. All medication reminders, dose tracking, and pill count features work without an internet connection. AI-powered features require an internet connection to function.
How do I delete a medication?
Go to My Meds, tap the Delete button on the medication card, and confirm the deletion. Please note that this action cannot be undone.
How do I change the text size?
Open the Settings tab and use the Font Size slider to increase or decrease the text size throughout the app.
What are quiet hours?
Quiet hours prevent medication reminders from being sent during your sleep time. You can set your sleep start and end hours in the Settings tab.
How do I view my medication history?
Tap the History tab to see your dose records for the past 14 days, including taken, skipped, and missed medications.
Where is my data stored?
All your medication data is stored locally on your device. No data is uploaded to external servers. If you delete the app, all data will be permanently removed.
