To register for courses with the Medina Homeschool, please follow the steps below. Please register with the intent to participate from September until June.

Enrollment for Spring 2026 is NOW OPEN.

General Guidelines and Policies

Step 1: Determine Your Enrollment Type

Option 1: Self-pay Student - Fall 2025/Spring 2026

You may take as many classes as you would like without enrolling in Oxford Virtual Academy (OVA).

Fees:

$15 enrollment fee, per year (non-refundable)

$150 per class for on-site elective classes, including archery, $450 for kindergarten, $280 for ice-skating, $270 for swimming, $330 for phys. ed. and gymnastics, and $420 for horseback riding, per semester

Option 2: Part Time OVA Student - Fall 2025/Spring 2026

Enroll as a part time student through OVA, with the option of enrolling in 4 classes at Medina Homeschool.

Fees:

$15 student enrollment fee, per year (non-refundable)

$100 additional for horseback riding, per semester

Up to 4 classes (on-site or off site) fully funded through OVA (Grades K-12)

Option 3: Full Time OVA Student - Fall 2025/Spring 2026

Enroll as a full time student through OVA, with the option of enrolling in 2 classes at Medina Homeschool.

Fees:

First 2 classes are fully funded through OVA, with an option of adding additional classes at the self-pay rate.

$100 additional for horseback riding, per semester

Step 2: Fill out the Registration Form

Complete this form to select your classes and complete the necessary Medical and Media Release forms.

Step 3: Pay Enrollment Fees and Course Fees, if applicable

Pay the non-refundable $15 fee per student (unless registered as a full time OVA student) and any applicable fees for the courses depending on your funding status.

A link to pay the fees will be emailed to you after you submit your registration form.

Any applicable liability waivers for the classes you are selecting will also be emailed to you.

Step 4: Start the OVA Enrollment Process (skip if you are a self-pay student)

To enroll as a student through OVA, please visit: https://www.oxfordvirtualacademy.org/

To enroll as a student, you will need the following documents:

1. Original Birth Certificate

2. Parent/Guardian ID

3. 2-Proofs of Residency

4. Immunization Record or Waiver

5. Health Appraisal Form (from your doctor’s office)

Step 5: Attend the Fall 2025 Showcase at the Medina Activity Center on December 8th, 2025 from 2pm-4pm.

*Your registration is not complete until you complete the registration form and have paid your fees, as applicable. You will receive a confirmation with your schedule via e-mail to complete the registration process for your selected courses.
