Your privacy and data matter to our eyes. Their protection is our primary concern.

What data do we process and Why ?

• Audience of this site, with Google Analytics. We are using the basic setup, to monitor the traffic of this site, and potential errors (down time, errors, ..)

• If you're client, we store your name and email. We won't use that data for other usage than login and information in relation with the service we provide. That data is necessary to secure your account.

• Data you give access to, in order to execute our service. We may work on premise (directly connected to your systems) or with back ups on our systems. A description of data we store is available in the documentation we provide, if not, do not hestiate to request it at info@mediadata.be

How long do we keep the data ?

We keep the data as long as we provide the service. When our contract ends, we erase all the data related to your account.

Where are stored our data ?

Mediadata servers are located inside European Union, in Amsterdam.
