At Media Converter - MediaFlux, we help users convert, transcribe, extract, compress, organize, and export video, audio, image, subtitle, and text-based media. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms of Use.
You may use MediaFlux only for lawful purposes and only with content that you own or are legally authorized to process.
Users must not import, convert, transcribe, reproduce, extract, edit, distribute, or share copyrighted videos, audio recordings, images, documents, subtitles, or other protected materials without permission from the copyright owner or another valid legal right.
MediaFlux must not be used to download, convert, copy, or distribute media from third-party platforms or services in violation of their terms, access restrictions, or applicable copyright laws.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any video, audio recording, image, document, transcript, subtitle, or other content they import into the Application does not violate the privacy, confidentiality, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights of another person.
Do not record, import, transcribe, convert, or share confidential or personal information without proper authorization.
You must not use MediaFlux to:
Process or distribute unlawful, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent content
Violate another person’s privacy, confidentiality, copyright, trademark, or other rights
Circumvent digital-rights-management systems, access controls, or technical restrictions
Introduce malware, harmful code, or content intended to damage a device or service
Misuse the Application in a way that interferes with its operation or other users
You are solely responsible for the content you import, convert, transcribe, extract, edit, compress, export, save, or share using MediaFlux. You are also responsible for confirming the accuracy and suitability of transcripts, subtitles, OCR results, converted files, and other output before relying on or distributing them.
Media conversion, transcription, subtitle generation, compression, and OCR results may contain errors or differ from the original content. We do not guarantee that every conversion or generated result will be complete, error-free, or compatible with every device, application, or platform.
Muhammad Bilal is not responsible for misuse of the Application or violations of applicable laws, third-party terms, or the rights of others.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, by using the Application, you agree to indemnify and hold Muhammad Bilal harmless from legal claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your content, your misuse of the Application, or your violation of these Terms.
MediaFlux offers the following optional auto-renewable subscription:
Weekly Premium Subscription – $9.99 per week (auto-renewable)
Monthly Premium Subscription – $19.99 per month (auto-renewable)
Annual Premium Subscription – $29.99 per year (auto-renewable)
The exact price and currency displayed in the Application and Apple App Store at the time of purchase will govern. Prices may vary by country or region.
Subscription terms:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off or the subscription is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings in the App Store or your device Settings.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges. Unless required otherwise by law or Apple policy, access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, may be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where permitted by Apple policy.
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any pricing change will be presented or communicated through Apple as required. Apple may request the user’s agreement before a price increase takes effect.
Continued use of a subscription after a pricing change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated price where permitted by Apple policy and applicable law.
Subscription fees and in-app purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or permitted by Apple’s refund policies.
For purchases made through the Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at:

Apple is responsible for determining refund eligibility under its policies and applicable law.
We may occasionally offer free trial subscriptions.
If you begin a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, your account will automatically be charged for the selected subscription according to the price and billing period shown when you started the trial.
The availability, length, eligibility, and conditions of a free trial will be displayed before purchase. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free-trial offers at any time, subject to applicable law and app-store requirements.
The Application may include optional premium features available through in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store.
Muhammad Bilal does not receive or store users’ payment-card or bank-account details.
Purchases are governed by Apple’s billing, cancellation, and refund rules.
Digital purchases and subscription entitlements are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Refunds may be considered only where permitted by Apple or required by local law, including circumstances such as:
Duplicate or accidental purchases
Technical issues that prevent access to purchased features
Other circumstances covered by Apple’s refund policies or applicable law
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Apple determines whether a purchase qualifies for a refund.
Except where required by law or allowed by Apple, refunds are generally not provided for partially used or unused subscription periods. Users are responsible for managing or canceling their subscriptions before renewal.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, supported file formats, presets, or other parts of MediaFlux to improve performance, security, compatibility, or functionality.
We do not guarantee that every feature, format, or service will remain available permanently or work on every device or operating-system version.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MediaFlux is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect transcription or OCR accuracy, lossless compression, successful conversion of every file, or compatibility of exported files with every third-party application or service.
Users should keep backup copies of important original files. Muhammad Bilal is not responsible for loss of content caused by device failure, user action, third-party services, unsupported files, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muhammad Bilal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use MediaFlux, including loss of files, data, profits, or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
MediaFlux is offered for iOS through the Apple App Store. Your use of the Application is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable:

If these Terms conflict with mandatory terms imposed by Apple or the Apple App Store, those mandatory terms will control to the extent of the conflict.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
