Welcome to Media Converter - MediaFlux, referred to in this Privacy Policy as “MediaFlux,” the “Application,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
MediaFlux is provided by Muhammad Bilal. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Application processes, how it is used, which service providers may receive it, where it is stored, how long it is retained, and how users can request assistance or deletion.
MediaFlux allows users to convert video, audio, image, and text-based media; transcribe audio and video; create and edit subtitles; export SRT and text files; convert video to GIF; extract text from images; extract audio; compress files; process multiple files; and organize or export completed files.
To operate and improve MediaFlux, we may process limited technical and usage information, including:
App launches and feature interactions
Device type and operating-system version
App version and performance information
Crash reports and diagnostic information
Anonymous or pseudonymous device identifiers
Subscription status and purchase-related identifiers
This information helps us maintain Application functionality, understand feature performance, diagnose technical problems, prevent misuse, and improve the user experience.
MediaFlux allows users to select or create video, audio, image, and document files for conversion, transcription, subtitle generation, text extraction, compression, and export.
Depending on the feature selected, the Application may process:
Videos and audio recordings

Spoken words contained in video or audio files
Text detected in images through optical character recognition (OCR)
Transcripts, subtitles, captions, and SRT files
File names, formats, sizes, durations, and other technical file information
Converted, compressed, extracted, or exported output files
A file is processed only after the user selects it and requests a specific action. MediaFlux does not require users to create an account. We do not ask users to provide their name, email address, physical address, or telephone number to use the main media-processing features.
MediaFlux processes selected content only to complete the action requested by the user, such as:

Generating, editing, or exporting subtitles and SRT files
Burning captions into a video
Converting a video clip into an animated GIF

Compressing media files
Processing multiple selected files in a batch
Saving, organizing, copying, sharing, or exporting completed files
MediaFlux is designed to process selected media on the user’s device wherever technically supported. Muhammad Bilal does not use user-selected media or generated output for advertising, marketing, tracking, profiling, sale, licensing, or training artificial-intelligence models.
