This group centers on the subject of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It is OK for other topics to be referenced and talked about because CFS is not usually an isolated condition.

The group is a meeting place, a common ground, as well as a place where we can share our life experiences and grow together. Here we are able to explore ourselves whilst being provided with learning experiences by other members. Strong support for Advocacy.

25% of ME: Support Group for Severe CFS/ME 

Support Group for Severe CFS/ME Is a private, international, support group for ME/CFS patients who are housebound and/or bedbound folk with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (and their caregivers). ME/CFS patients in our group are generally too ill to work. Some get out of the house once in a while, others are barely able to move. This is a fluctuating, spectrum illness. 

ME/CFS+ Brain and Spine 

For those with ME/CFS and have or are exploring biomechanical causes for their symptoms. These diagnoses may include but are not limited to: craniocervical instability (CCI), Chiari malformation, tethered cord, cervical stenosis, CSF leaks, vascular stenosis, and thoracic outlet syndrome. We're here to connect, offer support, and discuss our personal experiences of diagnosis, treatment, post-surgical care, surgical alternatives, and the science of all this. 

Myalgic Encephalomyelitis Global Facebook Group

For people with ME/CFS and associated conditions like Fibromyalgia and POTS.  It provides a place where people can share helpful tips, ask questions and learn from each other’s experiences, band together and support each other to create better lives for ourselves and others.

An English Language community support group for individuals with a diagnosis of ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis), CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), and/or Fibromyalgia, as well as those with associated energy-limiting chronic illnesses (Long-Covid and Chronic Lyme sufferers very welcome!)
