A leakdown pressure tester for 2-cycle engines. This product was designed and produced in collaboration with The Scooter Garage of Mebane, NC.
Hydraulic setup for a 1964 Impala. Large number of aluminum parts machined to customer’s specifications. Considerable “trial and error” to achieve the right “look”. Numerous off-the-shelf hydraulic fittings modified to match original ‘40’s look and several made from scratch.
Winding machine built with local client to wind carbon fiber tubes.
An automated assembly machine to assemble parts used on the top of power poles. This project took about 12 months to complete.
Carbon steel tank attached to boiler to separate and condense steam and water from the boiler during blowdown.
Die-cut knockout press. Built for local company to remove foam plugs after die-cutting. Shown without guarding and safety appliances installed.

Table with a 4’ square top. It’s used to assemble and fill boxes.
Hopper used for storage and distribution of packing peanuts. Base of hopper contains a screen and baffle to allow foreign matter to fall through. It is then collected in a removable drawer.
CNC backgauge for press break. Controlled by a conversational CNC control. Movement provided by stepper motor and drive.
