I am Md. Turab Hossain, currently serving as a Section Officer in the Office of the Registrar (ARR) at Uttara University. Previously I have served as a Researcher in the "Embracing diversity in Asia through the adoption of inclusive practices" Project at DiversAsia (About 1 year 2 months) and Inter-university education programs among universities throughout Asia, with the purpose of establishing a wide area Internet education platform utilizing satellite technologies Project at SoiAsia (IICT, BUET) (About 9 months).
Furthermore, I have also completed an Internship (Asian Internet Interconnection Initiatives, Human Resource Development program) at Keio University, Japan (About 3 Months).
Academically, I have completed a Postgraduate Diploma and an M.Engg. degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Dhaka, Bangladesh. I am currently pursuing an online Master of Science in Financial Engineering at WorldQuant University, Washington, D.C., United States.
In addition to my academic and professional roles, I serve as an Executive Committee Member (Ad hoc) of the BUET IICT Alumni Association (IICTAA) and maintain active affiliations with the American Chemical Society and the BUET IICT Student Forum.
