I don't know how to sit still...
Running: I have been distance running since high school school, went to college for Javelin, and have been consistently running distance races since then.
Reading: Once I graduated from undergrad, I made a list of books I wanted to read now that I had more free reading time. The list keeps growing and I keep checking them off.
Cycling: road, touring, and mountain; In 2020, me, my mom, and my best friend made the trip from Pittsburgh to DC on bike – what an experience!
Hiking, rock climbing, snowboarding, camping, traveling, etc: anything that gets me closer to nature.
Music: drums, piano, guitar, clarinet, violin, and a few others; if I wasn’t doing science, I would probably be doing music somewhere <3
Baking: I had a lot of time to experiment my skills during covid. My roommates were grateful.
Photography: I bring my camera with me on all my adventures. This is purely a hobby but I did have the honor of doing my friend's engagement photoshoot.
Writing: I have a deep love of science and am convinced that if I communicate it well, I can bring others in on that excitement. Check out my science media site!
