Program Ads

For your convenience, three options are available when you place your ad. 

Option 1 - Complete the online form, upload your artwork, and pay online. A convenience fee of 4.0% will be added to your invoice for payment by debit or credit card. For example, if your total invoice is $150, the convenience fee will be $6.00, bringing the total amount due to $156.00.  

Once you have completed the online form, you will immediately receive an email with a link to make the required payment.

Option 2 - Complete the online form, upload your artwork, and mail a check, made payable to MD32 State Convention, to PCC Pat Friday, 333 Springhouse Dr., Aiken, SC 29803.

Option 3 - Print the pdf form, mail the completed form, and check, made payable to MD32 State Convention, for payment to PCC Pat Friday, 333 Springhouse Dr., Aiken, SC 29803. Then email your artwork to Lion Susan Thomas, lionsusan32s@yahoo.com.

 IN ORDER TO PREPARE THE CONVENTION PROGRAM, ARTWORK AND PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN APRIL 27.
