Responsibilities:
Laboratory maintenance, maintenance of model organisms (Swiss albino mice), solvent extraction preparation, the culture of microorganisms and stocking of their strains, phytochemical analysis, biological activity tests (antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, cytotoxicity, anticancer), Physical stability and physicochemical characterization, nutritional value analysis of different fruit samples, in-silico study, report writing, and manuscript processing.
