The Manheim Mat Club is the elementary wrestling program responsible for teaching student-athletes the basic fundamental techniques of wrestling. The program is offered to kindergarten through sixth-grade students and runs approximately three months out of the year. Beyond the sport of wrestling, it is our desire to teach our athletes the importance of hard work, making wise choices, and taking pride in the community they live in.
