For BPO Newbies: Initial Interview Tips
✅ Research the company before the interview
✅ Speak slowly and clearly
✅ Answer in English as much as possible
✅ Listen carefully before answering
✅ Be confident even if your English is not perfect

Basic Qualifications for Newbies
✅ College graduate with no BPO experience may qualify depende sa account kung san ka ilalagay ng recruiment team. Meron din kaming undergraduates that got hired na No BPO experience or NO work experience at all and they really good 👍
✅ Some positions accept at least 2 years in college (no back subjects) plus work experience from any industry.
✅ Good English communication skills Even though back office is mostly non-voice, you still need to understand instructions, emails, and documentation.
✅ Computer literacy You should know how to: • Use a computer • Navigate multiple applications • Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Type accurately and efficiently
