Fundations
Click on this link to access the digital letter flashcards. Have your child say the letter name, word and letter sound for each card.

3. Tell your child a letter and have them go find something around the house that starts with that letter. **Just pick a few letters!!**
Writing
Writing prompt:
I feel _______________________ about going back to school because __________________________________.
Students can draw a picture to go with this and with your help fill in the blanks. This is also a good opportunity to talk with your child about the return to school Monday!
Reading
1.Have your child read the book "Slow Movers" assigned on epic** This is the last day for this book.**
How to access the book:
Click the "epic!" link.
Enter the class code: iar4970
Click on your child's name
The first time you log in it will take you to the book assigned for this week. The next time you log in the book will be in the mailbox section.
*Just a heads up that unfortunately the Epic website will only let you view the book Mon.-Fri. 7am-4pm. *

Math
Click this link to play the addition game. Your child might need a bit of help at first to get the hang of it. For example, like in the photo below, if the question was 4 + 1 they would put 4 marbles in the first box, 1 marble in the second box then count up all the marbles and click on the answer number 5.
* I don't think this website lets you play on a phone/tablet device but it will work on a computer.*
It is also so important that students get lots of physical activity each day!! There are ideas under the "Music/Physical Education" tab.
