Mithila Chhat Puja Samiti is a non-government organization founded in 2022 and registered under the Karnataka Society Acts. We are based in Electronic City Phase 2. Our mission is to organize Chhath Puja with the necessary permissions from local authorities to spread awareness about our rich traditions and culture.

A.  Absolutely! You and your family are wholeheartedly welcome to attend Chhath Puja with us.

A. No, everyone is welcome at the Ghat. We encourage families to bring their children so they can learn about our cherished traditions and culture.

A. Our Ghat is situated on Singena Agraha Road, opposite Brookfield High School, Electronic City Phase 2. You can easily find the location by searching "Mithila Chhatt Puja Talaab" on Google. Also, we will share the location in our WhatsApp group for you to look at.

A. Please inform us a few days in advance, so we can reserve a spot for your family at the Ghat.

A. No, it's entirely free of cost. Our dedicated volunteers will prepare the spot for devotees.

A. You have the option to support this event in the following ways:

If you're interested, you can also participate in Ghat cleaning and preparation activities through "Shramdaan" (volunteer work). We will regularly share details about these activities through social media and WhatsApp, but please remember that participation is entirely optional.
