General Guidelines
The participants have to report on the first day of the conference and have to collect their conference kits, i.e., on 2nd June (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
Authors are requested to upload their presentation file for their accepted manuscripts on the google form by 31st May 2023 (11:59 PM)

Rename your file as “Manuscript ID” For Example “MCPM-2301”
All the presenters have to remain present during the allotted time slots at the designated venue (Detailed schedule for the conference will be shared soon with you by email and posted on the website as well)
The certificates for each presented manuscript during the conference will be delivered during the valedictory session
Presentation Timeline Guideline
Oral Presentation (Preferably with PowerPoint): 12 minutes maximum
Question & Answer session by Judges: 3 minutes
Use Times New Roman font throughout
TIME LIMIT SHOULD BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED
Introduce yourself and the title of your paper
All the authors may choose to speak, but time-limit should not be exceeded
Animations & Videos (if any) may be included, but they should be played within the same allotted time limit of 12 minutes
Presentation should be done on-stage/podium
Accepted Format: Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) and/or PDF (.pdf)
All audio-visual equipment will be provided: Laptop, microphones, speaker system, digital projection system, etc.
Slide Content Guidelines
For title slide use the layout named “MCPM Title Slide”
Keep the text as brief as possible
Data looks better organized & easier to comprehend if given in points
If you are adding points then, no more than 10 lines of text (or points) per slide
All letters on the slide should be big enough to make it readable even at the back of the room
Mention slide number on each slide except title slide
You may also use the pre-defined layouts for your presentation
Slide Background & Readability
For the other subsequent slides, background and text should be in contrasting colors
Graphs & Figures
A well-documented graph or figure is way more attractive and better than lengthy text
Tables are difficult to read; represent data graphically whenever possible
A photograph often is worth a thousand words
