Welcome to Color Blocks: Splivon (“App”, “Game”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Color Blocks: Splivon is a mobile puzzle game that includes:
Level Mode — offline single-player progression stored on your device.
Arena Mode — optional online 1v1 matches against other players or automated opponents.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App.
If you are under 18, you should use the App with a parent or guardian’s permission.
Level Mode does not require an account.
Arena Mode requires an online profile. You may play as a guest or link a Google account (when available).
You are responsible for activity on your account.
You must choose an appropriate display name. Offensive, misleading, or illegal names are not allowed.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the App.
You agree not to:
Cheat, hack, or exploit bugs in Arena matches.
Use bots, scripts, or tools to gain unfair advantages.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Attempt to disrupt servers, matchmaking, or Firebase services.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, without notice.
The App includes in-game coins and power-ups earned through gameplay or ads.
Virtual items have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
We may change coin rewards, prices, or game balance at any time.
Progress in Level mode is stored locally; uninstalling the app may delete local data.
The App displays ads through Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads).
By using the App, you agree that ads may be shown. Ad content is provided by third parties and is not controlled by us.
Arena matches depend on internet connection and third-party services (Firebase).
We do not guarantee uninterrupted matchmaking or server availability.
Opponents may include real players or automated opponents when no player is found.
Match results, scores, and Arena statistics are determined by the App and our servers.
Disconnecting during a match may result in a loss according to game rules.
All content in the App — including graphics, design, code, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App without permission.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, progress, or virtual items.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
