Welcome to Color Blocks: Splivon (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and what rights you have.
Game progress (levels, coins, power-ups) is stored locally on your device using local storage.
No account is required to play Level mode.
If you use Arena or create a profile, we collect:
Account identifier — anonymous Firebase user ID or Google account ID (if you sign in with Google).
Profile data — display name, avatar choice, Arena wins/losses, and Arena points.
Match data — match scores, match status, and connection activity during online matches.
Friend match codes — temporary invite codes when you host a friend match.
We do not require your real name, email, or phone number to play. Email is only collected if you choose Google Sign-In (handled by Google).
Device information — operating system, device model, language, country.
Advertising identifiers — Google Advertising ID (for ads via AdMob).
App usage & crash data — anonymous logs to improve stability (via Google/Firebase services).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
Enable Level mode and save local progress.
Enable Arena online matches, profiles, and statistics.
Match you with opponents (including bot opponents when no player is available).
Display and measure advertisements.
Improve app performance and fix bugs.
Comply with legal and Google Play requirements.
Local game data stays on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app data.
Online profile and Arena data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) while your account exists.
Match records may be retained for a limited time for match functionality.
Ad and analytics data is managed by Google according to their policies.
When you delete your account in the App (Profile → Delete Account), your Firebase profile document and authentication account are removed. Some match records may remain in anonymized form.

The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the applicable digital consent age in your region).
Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise children’s use of the App.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Firebase security rules restrict who can read or write online data. Only authenticated players can update their own profile and match scores.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
