We welcome players, their families and supporters through various memberships such as players (mini and micro), social memberships (supporters and adult touch rugby players) and family memberships.

Before coming to any training sessions, all players must complete

Online registration to McLaren RFC AND
Online SCRUMS application through the SRU AND
Download the teamer app from your app store (we will add you to your group to receive a weekly invitation to training)
Pay the membership fee. Thank you.

Teamer app

All training sessions must be booked through the Teamer app. Everyone who has registered with the club for this season will be invited to join the club account on Teamer. You will then receive a weekly invitation to training via Teamer - you need to respond to this invitation to attend training.

This allows us to ensure the correct number of players attend each training session and provides track and trace information for us to keep everyone safe.

Teamer can be downloaded from the Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS)

New members

We can welcome you to the club, guide you through the registration process, inform you of our covid procedures and make sure you have a point of contact for any questions.

Once new members are registered and attending training, you can be added to the closed facebook group for regular communications about training.

Club Membership Fees

Membership to McLaren RFC enables players

to attend all training sessions and matches at no additional cost
to be covered by players insurance
early access to booking for 6 Nations and International SRU tickets
access our kit exchange

Season 2025/26 membership fees are as follow

Mini player (P1-P7) membership- £60 (includes match fees)

Multiple mini player membership - £110

Mini Membership form

Youth membership (all high school aged girls and boys) - £20

Youth membership form

Adult and Touch Membership- £20 (for adult supporters, all adult touch rugby players and all aged touch players)

Adult/Touch Membership form

We work hard to raise funds through sponsorship from local businesses and funding streams such as Scottish Rugby Union (SRU), Sports Scotland and are re-visiting our charitable status. This helps to keep all costs to an absolute minimum.

No-one should be excluded from being part of the club for financial reasons. If you would like information on further subsidies for players please contact mclarenrfcmini@gmail.com or speak to any committee member.

Fees are paid by electronic transfer BACS to Sort Code: 80-05-91 Account No.: 00716568.

Please use your child's name for reference purposes.

McLaren mini/midis have a closed facebook group for members only. Key information is emailed to parents/carers.

Members should check the closed facebook group regularly for updates.
