Who can check out books from the McKinley Library?
The McKinley Library serves both the STAR Academy and Neighborhood School communities. Teachers, students and caregivers may all borrow books from our collection. 

How many books can I check out?
Every patron may have up to 10 books checked out at a time. 

How long can I keep a book?
Books are automatically given a 2 week lending period but if you need more time with a book, just speak to me, Paula. If there's a wait for a specific book, we'll work together to find a solution that feels fair. 

Where do I return a book when I'm done?
There are book return bins: one is located in the lobby and the other is in the library. Either place is great!
