We are expecting a strong low pressure system and cold front are moving across Southwest Florida with impacts beginning Monday, January 8 through early Wednesday, January 10.
Residents are urged to take precautions to protect your family and property during this passing storm.
Impacts expected are:
• Dangerous marine conditions beginning Monday to include strong rip currents, high surf and beach erosion through Wednesday
• Coastal flooding potential of 2-3 feet Tuesday afternoon into early Wednesday
• Gale force wind from 25-35mph sustained and gusts of 50-60mph
• Thunderstorms producing rain and damaging winds, and isolated tornadoes Tuesday afternoon and evening
• Rainfall up to 1.5 inches with locally higher amounts causing flooding in low-lying areas
Please bring in, or secure outdoor items, including boats. If you live in a low-lying flood prone area, you may want to move your vehicles to higher property.

Will the Cadence Account remain open?
No, the Cadence account will close in January. However, payments made for January will be received and validated.
If a homeowner wants a coupon book, will they automatically receive one?
If they are on ACH, they will not receive a coupon book at all; if they pay any other way, they will automatically receive a coupon booklet.
What if the homeowner did not receive an eStatement from Capstone, showing current balance and what is owed?
Check your "Inbox". If not there, please check the junk or spam folders for your emails. If you did not receive the eStatement, call the Capstone office at 941.554.8838, ex 113 for John Wyczlinski. He can look at the account, and email the statement to them, while on the phone with them.
What if the homeowner statement is incorrect?
The homeowner should call 941.554.8838. The front desk receptionist Melinda should be able to assist, or she will transfer the homeowner to John.
What if the homeowner is paying through a bank bill?
The homeowner will need to make changes with the bank for the management company, the banking address, and the amount.
