Have you tried using databases at home? Use the directions here to access outside of school! I enjoy using Britannica School, PebbleGO! and WorldBook Kids! Each database has lots of information for you to learn AND there are a ton of activities and games!
Select one famous woman to research. Write a biography about this person and share it with your family!
Using LEGOs or other brick blocks, design a school, name your school, compose a school song and design a school flag. If you do not have LEGOs, build your school out of resources you have at home!
If an adult at home has twitter, share your creations with @McKinleyReads
Read National Geographic Kids, "St. Patrick's Day" to learn about the history of this holiday and interesting facts!
Try taking NatGeo's QUIZ WHIZ to test your St. Patrick's Day knowledge!
Explore McKinley's eLibrary website! Try clicking on "Share What You're Reading" on the top menu to recommend a book to others. Your recommendation may be published on our eLibrary website!
