My name is Patrick McGuire and I am an educator in the great state of Missouri. My philosophy of education is simple, "The Next Step". This view has guided me in my classroom and has led me to pursue an adminstrative role in a school building. My core values that support this philosophy are simple: Growth, Safety, Equity and Culture. In my tenure as a teacher these values have developed through my own experiences, continued education and learning from my peers. From that, my philosophy of "The Next Step" drives me to be the best educator possible for those that I serve.
