Services McGaw Engineering, PLLC supports clients across three distinct phases of a project or asset's lifecycle: planning and advisory work performed in advance of commitment, oversight and verification performed during execution, and forensic and dispute support performed after a failure or claim has emerged.
Before — Advisory & Planning Independent counsel provided on an owner's behalf prior to contractual or financial commitment: schedule and budget review, contractor and bid evaluation, and asset strategy spanning building, utility, and electrical/mechanical systems. At this stage, risk is identified while it remains most economical to address.
During — Administration & Verification Continuous oversight and value engineering throughout construction and continuous improvement during operations: contract administration, including change-order and payment application review and milestone tracking; site observation; and technical assessment of structural, utilities/facilities, and civil conditions. This stage confirms that reported progress and actual field conditions remain aligned.
After — Dispute & Forensic Support Retrospective analysis once a dispute, delay, or failure has occurred: delay and impact analysis, forensic investigation, and expert evaluation and testimony in support of arbitration, litigation, or construction defect claims. This stage establishes the technical record on which resolution depends.
