This is a commercial for Children's Hospital Colorado's Foundation. I had the absolute honor of attending all of the video shoots with Ava, her family and her care team. This commercial was displayed on all of the foundation's social media pages, in addition to playing on Hulu in the Colorado region. My role with the commercial was assisting with the script and ensuring brand alignment.

I drafted and assisted in the development of all of the written content on this website. The purpose of this website is to introduce Colorado voters to John Hickenlooper's Republican opponent, Mark Baisley. It highlights his extremist views. As the Communications and Digital Intern at Hickenlooper for Colorado, it was my job to demonstrate that Baisley would further the MAGA Republican agenda.
I assisted with the filming and production process for this video as the Communications and Digital Intern at Hickenlooper for Colorado. I vetted potential supporters who would be interested in calls and reached out to them asking about recording phone calls for the videos. I gave the senator some background on the individuals, as well. I was there for the filming of this video, which occurred the morning of the Colorado Primaries.

I wrote the copy for this Naloxone (Narcan) administration kit for Children's Hospital Colorado. These kits are administered in the hospital's neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) for babies who were exposed to drugs during pregnancy, and are thus experiencing overdoses post-birth. This information is to help volunteers or family members administer Narcan to the child.

This also followed a patient story of Hannah, who was treated at Children's Colorado and cured of her disease with a half-match bone marrow transplant.

I wrote the copy for this 'Mile High Mamas' newsletter for Children's Hospital Colorado. For this, I had to do SEO research for what Colorado moms were most commonly concerned about and compile studies from the hospital that correlated to those concerns. In this case, the concer was about a rise of measles outbreaks, so I designed a list of parenting articles we have on that topica and created a call to action for parents to read more.

On Oct. 1, the Trump Administration sent the UA, along with eight other universities across the country, a request to sign a pledge in exchange for prioritized access to federal funding. This pledge, titled the Compact for Academic Excellence, asked the UA to uphold the Trump Administration’s values, such as committing to traditional gender precedents and a freeze in international student enrollment. Amidst this request, students across the UA campus expressed outrage over the possibility of leadership cooperating with President Trump. ASUA, as the principal governing body of undergraduate and graduate students at the UA, took on the role of advocating against the pledge. Click on the link to watch the full story.

In a series of student interviews, undergraduates consistently highlighted the availability of academic support, emotional well-being programs and resources for first-year students at the UA. While most said that the UA does a good enough job at prioritizing student needs, some suggested that the administration could improve how it supports students financially, along with marketing resources better to students. Founded in 1940, the shop has grown into one of Tucson’s most established florists. Florists carefully select flowers for texture, height and color harmony before arranging them into something special.
