No, the funds from Prop A are for buying land for future expansion. 

That depends on which type of campus we need to build. In general, an elementary campus needs between 10 and 15 acres, a middle school campus needs 15-20 acres, and a high school campus needs 40-50 acres due to fields, parking, etc. 

Roughly 11 acres total for the elementary, middle, and high school campuses combined. 

No, that is against the law. The bond is only for facilities, operation of schools, buses, etc. We can roll those purchases into the bond and it would not come out of the local budget.
