This virtual workshop is specifically focused on adult and adolescent mental health with curated presentations from Muslim mental health experts. Learn how to recognize the signs and symptoms, understand the relevance of mental health as found in the Quran, and where to start to find help! We will also hold a Q&A at the end of each presentation.
