Offensive MVP Award

Hannah Pond

Hannah led the Wolves in goals (6), assists (4) and total points (17). During her two seasons, she demonstrated a big game mentality by scoring multiple game winning overtime goals and earning NJCAA Region XVI First Team honors in 2019.

Defensive MVP Award

Chloe DeShazer

Chloe made 79 saves in 14 games (5.64 per game). Her ability to make the difficult save look easy earned her an NJCAA All-Region First Team selection this season, as well as All-Region Second Team honors her freshman year.

Excellence in Leadership Awards

Morgan Durill

As a two sport athlete, Morgan understands how sacrifice, work ethic and a positive attitude lead to team success. During her two seasons, Morgan's resilient leadership contributed to NJCAA Region XVI Championships in both soccer and basketball.

Mya Sams

Mya was a vocal, dependable presence for her teammates in practices and games. She started all 18 games her freshman season, providing rock solid leadership from the center back position. Her inclusive attitude also fostered positive team chemistry. Mya earned NJCAA All-Region Second Team honors.

Offensive MVP Awards

Valentin Mpanga

Valentin led the Wolves in total points (17) and goals (7) in 2019. He scored 13 goals over two seasons at MCC with a combination of pace, dribbling flair and excellent finishing.

Jok Arol

Jok was the Wolves' second leading scorer, with five goals, three assists and 13 points. His tenacious attacking play led to multiple game winning goals and earned a selection to the NJCAA All-Region XVI Second Team in 2019.

Defensive MVP Award

Naguib Nassir

Naguib started and played in 17 games as a freshman, notching up 120 saves (7.05 per game). His athleticism and instincts often led to incredible saves, as well as denied the opposition goals from one versus one opportunities.

Excellence in Leadership Award

Grant McClung

As a team captain, Grant started all 17 games for the Wolves. He led by example, demonstrating a consistent, hard working mentality every game and practice. He also sacrificed for the team, playing and excelling in whatever position was required.
