MCC LEADS is a leadership academy designed to create and sustain a cohesive culture of lifelong leadership development training and education. Students are able to complete this program with in-person sessions or blackboard modules.

MCC-Blue River seeks to empower students to become leaders by facilitating opportunities for intentional learning, self-reflection and leadership skill development. There is also a four hour community service requirement for completion. Thank you for our MCC-Blue River participants of this program.
