In 2018, two friends decided to create a simple "pipe shine" to both enhance the look of their own collection, as well as to help protect the vulcanite stems from dreaded "oxidation".  They also noticed an annoying reality that to get the high shine they saw on pipe websites, many suggested a buffing wheel, which they did not own.  Seeing an opportunity to reach an underserved market, after years of product research and development, M.C. Bauman, Ltd. is pleased to offer all pipe smokers with a line of products to help them restore and protect their collection.
